Integrative Physiotherapy
We offer physical therapy services for the prevention or treatment of both chronic and acute musculoskeletal problems.
The physical therapist performs a functional assessment based on the medical diagnosis, where therapeutic goals are outlined and an individualized therapeutic plan is designed using physical therapy tools such as therapeutic exercise, heat, cold, light, water, massage, and electricity.

PNIE Concept – Integrative Medicine
Psycho-Neuro-Immuno-Endocrinology or PNIE is a medical discipline that studies the relationship between the nervous, hormonal, immune, and behavioral systems in humans.
Many problems of the musculoskeletal system do not originate in the musculoskeletal system, such as muscle contractures during times of stress, generalized pain that occurs with fatigue and insomnia, muscle contractures that worsen with massage, bruxism, abdominal pain after physical activity, menstrual cramps, and others.
In these cases, an integrative view of the individual provides us with new treatment tools through advice on lifestyle habits, diet, nutritional supplements, and physical exercise.
Manual therapies
Manual therapies are a set of therapies based on manual manipulation of joints and soft tissues, with the purpose of relieving pain, reducing inflammation, eliminating muscle contractures, increasing range of motion, and facilitating movement to restore health.
A technique that uses massage as its main focus. We perform preventive, sports, and therapeutic massages. Each massage varies in intensity and duration, depending on the pathology or objective being treated.
An innovative technique that uses specific instruments (hooks). Its mainstays are the elimination of muscle adhesions, the reduction of mechanical pain, and its usefulness in rehabilitation processes.
Stretching, also known as stretching, is a necessary technique for recovering from muscle fatigue caused by muscle contractions that affect certain pathologies.
Remember that flexibility allows us to perform broader movements, which helps prevent sports injuries or postural problems.
Therapeutic and preventative bandages to promote recovery from muscle, tendon, and/or ligament injuries. This is vital for optimal recovery and improved daily life.
We also use the innovative technique of neuromuscular taping, also known as kinesiotaping.
Manual lymphatic drainage is a technique used to eliminate fluids and waste products through the lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage is a technique that involves very slow and gentle movements, is completely painless, very pleasant, and relaxing, and can be performed on all parts of the body.
